All appointments will be by telephone or video conference.

One day before your appointment, we will contact you by phone to confirm the appointment. To confirm your appointment, we will need:

  • Your email address so we can email you a link to the video conference line your provider will use for your appointment.

  • The best number to reach you during your appointment time so the provider can contact you if the video conferencing fails.

  • Your insurance co-payment (if applicable) so we can check you in for your appointment.


Will my insurance cover a phone or video appointment?

Different insurance companies have different policies, but we have seen several major companies come out in favor of telemedicine in the past few days. We will file the claim with your insurance company as a courtesy to you, but you will be responsible for any balance after insurance payments are collected.
